建筑抗震鑒定要求是保障已有構(gòu)筑物在地震作用下的,使其在遭受抗震鑒定和加固所取烈度的地震影響時(shí),一般不致于嚴(yán)重破壞,經(jīng)修理后仍可繼續(xù)使用。其中,鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)建筑抗震要求如下:

1)受力構(gòu)件、桿件無(wú)短缺,無(wú)明顯變形,沒(méi)有因切割、打洞等形成的損傷。

2)受力構(gòu)件、桿件的混凝土無(wú)酥裂、腐蝕、燒損、脫落,無(wú)露筋,無(wú)超過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范限值的裂縫。
2) There are no cracks, corrosion, burning, shedding, bars or cracks beyond the limit of the design code.
3)預(yù)制受力構(gòu)件的支承長(zhǎng)度符合非抗震設(shè)計(jì)要求。

4)連接件無(wú)銹蝕。

5)當(dāng)設(shè)有填充墻或柱間支撐時(shí),沒(méi)有由此增大結(jié)構(gòu)單元質(zhì)心對(duì)剛心的偏心距和沿高度方向水平剛度的突變,沒(méi)有因半高剛性墻而增大柱的線剛度或形成短柱。
